By accessing, browsing, or using Inkognito ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must discontinue using the platform immediately.

2. Age Requirement & Censorship Toggles

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Inkognito. Uncensored view controls ("Show Uncensored") are strictly restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older.

3. Prohibited Content & Zero Tolerance Policy

While Inkognito encourages free anonymous expression, we strictly prohibit the following types of content:

• Severe harassment, targeted bullying, or doxxing (publishing personal addresses, phone numbers, or private details).
• Encouragement of self-harm, suicide, or violence against individuals or groups.
• Sexually explicit material or non-consensual imagery.
• Malicious spam, phishing links, or deliberate service disruption.

4. Content Moderation & Account Suspension

Inkognito utilizes both automated keyword filters and community reporting systems. Admins reserve the right to remove any post, censor inappropriate content, or permanently ban users who violate community safety guidelines.
